About the job:

As Senior Automation Designer, you will work closely with our clients in selecting, analyzing, and optimizing business processes for IPA (Intelligent Process Automation). As such, you will become a crucial part of, and a trusted advisor in, our client’s digital transformation journey. In this role, you will often be responsible for a workstream of a project, or for the entire project delivery. Moreover, you will contribute to our growth by either identifying new business opportunities, by actively contributing to knowledge sharing or by acting as coach and sponsor for junior colleagues. Key responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on how to approach and implement automation for optimal impact
  • Running automation workshops and client training

  • Leading teams of developers and process analysts to successful deliveries

  • Evolving our ways-of-working within Automation Design

  • Evolving our Best Practices, Intellectual Capital, and Ways of Working

  • Upholding our position as the leading partner in IPA by consistently delivering excellence


To succeed in this role, you should have...

 
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience within e.g., technology consulting or project delivery and a proven talent for building report with stakeholders

  • A successful project management track record

  • The ability to facilitate discussions between IT and business

  • Hands on experience in process design (analysis, visualization, redesign) leveraging process

    visualization tools with notations (Astrakhan/ BPMN 2.0 or similar)

  • Applicable knowledge in process optimization theory (Six Sigma or similar)

  • Experience from working with business case models and visualizing process automation results

  • A passion for problem-solving, programming, and new technology

  • A reputation for learning fast, achieving targets, and working well in team settings

  • A logical mind and a ‘can do’ attitude

  • The ability to thrive in a multi-task environment

  • A degree from higher-level studies (B. A or M.sc)

  • Business proficiency in Swedish and English

     

     

You will crush it if you also have...

  • Hands-on experience with RPA or Intelligent Automation development leveraging platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, ABBYY or Automation Anywhere

  • Applicable knowledge from BPM/low code platform

  • ITIL/PM3 certification

  • Experience from working in, or establishing CoE

  • Experience from leveraging Scrum methodology and tools
